Transport systems

The transport system consists of the following components:

• transport infrastructure or construction and other measures enabling the movement of means of transport to move people or goods from A to B, across modes of transport,
• means of transport or technical equipment enabling the transport of persons or goods from place A to place B,
• the organization and management of transport, i.e. the processes working with means of transport and transport infrastructure so that the transport of people and goods between two points is optimal.
